What is Predictive Maintenance (PdM)?

What is Vibration Analysis?

Outsourced vibration program

Step 1 (Plan it)

Generate machine-list (count) planned for program.
Condition Monitoring Analytics will perform equipment walk-down.
Identify any safety concerns or hard to reach areas at your facility.
Identify your initial vibration program scope and how often you plan to collect data (Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly).

Step 2 (Prepare for Execution)

In the case where permanently installed accelerometers are required, arrangements can be made for installation date(s).

Program owner will receive notification one week prior to scheduled site visit.
Technicians begin regularly scheduled site visits to collect vibration data.
